Adam Scarr - Director / Founder
Adam has specialised in recruitment and executive search for over 15 years across financial services mainly in Wealth Management, Asset Management and IFA sectors. For over 6 years Adam was Head of Recruitment for Coutts Private Bank. This included direct headhunting, executive search, people risk, D&I initiatives, succession planning and project recruitment. His experience also includes working for FTSE 250 recruitment companies and boutique search firms.
Prior to recruitment he spent 8 years as a full-time athlete representing England and Great Britain in athletics.
Harry Batchelor - Associate
Harry graduated from Loughborough University as a Bachelor of Applied Science - (BASc) in Sports psychology. Harry leads our analyst sector hiring in financial planning and wealth management delivering for his clients across the UK. In his spare time Harry is a keen golfer and sailing skipper.

Carly Pyne - Director, Head of Research
Carly has a background in Retail Marketing primarily in the online arena working for ocado.com and Arcadia Group. Her expertise include customer acquisition and partnerships, content and email marketing as well as Google advertising. Carly has a narrative for working in partnership with a variety of brands, collaborating with global giants such as Amazon as well as smaller boutique brands such as The White Company.
